The Ship The Cash Open 10 Ball Event was held on December 18, 2016

Congratulations to our winners!

The event at Snookers drew 35 players ranging from D class to Open/Pro level shooters!

There were many tight matches and a few upsets. Overall it was another step in the right direction for pool. Thank you to all who came down to support the movement!

Despite the field having many strong players, it was Jarrod Clowery who went undefeated throughout the event. Jarrod showed his knowledge and strong mental composure in his matches, overcoming all challenges. He knocked his opponents to the B side one by one until ultimately being declared the winner.

Our second place finisher was up and comer Jared DeMalia. He had many tight matches on his way to the hot seat such as a hill-hill win over Francisco Cabral, and grind out matches against Phil Davis and Robert Piersa. Jared's only losses were against Jarrod Clowery in the hot seat, then again in the finals. DeMalia showed once again that he has what it takes and will have a bright future in this game.

In third place was none other than Tim Perry. Over the years, Perry has proven time after time that he is a warrior on the table. He lost an early match then battled on through the B side. Perry won more matches than any other player during the event which included a B side victory over open/pro player Nelson Olivera!

Robert Piersa of Yale Billiards placed fourth in the event. Piersa is one of the top amateur players in the area and it showed! He displayed solid fundamentals and extreme confidence throughout the day. Robert had not been feeling well during the event, but he persevered and played well. Great showing!

Congratulations to our top 4 players!
